Dennis Cavalier is a vocalist, pianist, accordionist, bandleader, and songwriter born and raised in New Orleans. Dennis has been a full time musician and jingle singer for 25 years performing at concerts, festivals, clubs, conventions, private events nationwide and on CDs and national commercials.
Dennis has played keyboards for The Coasters, The Platters, The Drifters, Delbert McClinton, Johnny Duncan, Freddy Fender, Etta James, Ray Sharpe, Doug Kershaw,Walter Washington, Johnny Adams, and more.
Dennis Cavalier has opened shows for The Funky Meters, Wayne Toups, Chubby Carrier, Irma Thomas, Geno Delafose, and Chris Ardoin. Dennis has performed nationwide most notably at the Montreal Jazz Festival and the New Orleans Jazz Fest. He has played on and produced recording sessions in Nashville, Austin, Dallas, New Orleans and Los Angeles. He has songs signed with publishers around the country. One of his songs “All Night Long” went to #40 on the Billboard Magazine song charts.
